In theory, this could be the same as "saison" and "lemongrass ginger saison", but I really only get the ginger. Had on tap at the brewery. Light amber and hazy with a thin head. On the nose, the ginger stands out. Big ginger on the palate, too. No sign of lemongrass. Good balance - the base beer is a fairly basic biscuity malt and light yeast "saison" and it’s cohesive with the ginger. At least to me - I like ginger and drink ginger beer regularly. If you don’t like ginger, your view of the balance will likely be quite different.
