Our third iteration for Hammer Roasting Coffee Porter is back and better than ever. This year’s batch contains a traditional old world Porter malt bill and water chemistry for a robust backdrop allowing the 40lbs of Brazil and Guatemala coffee beans to take centre stage. Find coffee forward notes including milk-chocolatey goodness, deep caramel with a hint of dark cherry and a drier finish.

Dark brown, thin head, massive coffee nose with sweeter chocolate syrup notes. Bitter coffee roastiness, backed with chocolatey sweet malts. The coffee notes are maybe a little heavy-handed but since they come across clean, I won’t fuss.
