Opalescent golden colour, half cm of creamy white head; aroma of floral, se biscuity, fruity and grapefruity notes; taste is similar to the aroma with definite hoppy bitterness; quite good one!

From tap at HopSin Brewpub, Colares. Citrussy hop aroma with orange, some grassy notes, light pale malt. Added fruit peel makes it all the more zesty. Medium body. Moderate bitter. Pretty good, crisp and I dig me some fruit zest.

33 cl bottle bought at HopSin Brewpub, Colares. The label shows the Sintra-Colares red tram, a rare sight nowadays but still a staple of this town. An amber to orange, hazy pour with an even, consistent, long-lasting, off-white head. Aroma is intense, laden with bitter herbs (rocket, dandelion) and citrus fruits (grapefruit, blood orange peel). There's a hint of mango, too. Dry, slurpy onset, medium carbonated. Full-bodied, crisp and elegant. Quite bitter, medium-lingering finish. Good.
