330ml bottle at Black Lotus, Old Town, Rethymno. Golden body with a green glint. Chalk white head, some of it remaining. Lacing rings down the glass. Candy sweet aroma. Sweet flavours of pale malts and dry lime. Sweet hops to the finish. Soft on the swallow. A drinkable, sweet, pilsner (Crete 08.09.2013).

Bottle at home. Pours a light, golden straw colour with an off-white, whipped eggwhite-like, medium head. A bit faint aroma of pale malt, sweet corn, hay and some cooked vegetables. The flavour is even more faint with just hints of pale malt. Slick mouth feel, and a light bitterness. Incredibly tasteless with just some bitterness lingering in the end.

50cl Bottle on Santorini, as ζ Hellenic Pilsener Beer. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma is quite sweet, honey, sweetener, white bread. Flavour is medium-sweet, honey, light malty, hint of bread, light floral hoppy bitter finish with a hint of toast and caramel. Light-bodied. Decent sweet lager.
