Noe søtlig duft av humle og malt med en liten eikeduft. Klar lys gyllen farge. Lite skum, tynn hinne på topp. Noe tørr eikesmak med en litt søtlig ettersmak.

Bottle at the hotel in Athens - picked up at Athens Beer. Pours bright gold with a creamy, white head. Loads of grainy cereal in the aroma, some rotting lemon. Light to medium sweet flavor with crisp metal, grainy cereal, wet hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Modest sweetness to finish with more metallic tang, some faint rubber, hay, cereal and vague citrus. Relatively shabby.

Bottle on the Villa Veranda. Bright clear gold with a good bubbly white head. Palate is.crispy and dry. Good clean pale malts, whisper of citrus. A distinct woody note runs throughout. Finishes dry crisp. Pretty drinkable in a hot climate and not as bad as all these poor ratings would have ypu believe.

Bottle. A dense, white head forms over a clear, golden body. Weak aroma with some pale malts and a faint fruityness. The flavor is pretty much the same, with a little touch of bitterness added. Medium body and a pleasant carbonation level. Fruity, grainy finish with a little bitterness. Well, it’s drinkable, but oh so boring. 140117
