Tropical fruit supported by a mild malty Scottish Crystal Malt backbone creates a symphony of aromas, flavours and USA hop forwardness. Bitterness is the signature to any Indian Pale Ale. Not forgetting the past yet living with the times led to a bold yet milder and certainly more drinkable version of an IPA and we feel it is in a category of its own. Well, we are far off the buzz of the international Craft beer IPA’s so far down in the Indian Ocean and we feel it warrant its own category of Indian Pale Ale - we introduce our Indian Ocean IPA tropical, conscious action, hop-ful, positive fruity, funk and bold - balanced - delicious!
