Draught at the brewery
Cloudy, almost muddy, blond color, with small head. A bit bready, not too dry, with light residual sweetness, and an evident but delicate chamomile presence; balanced bitterness, a bit grassy in the final, bit that’s again the chamomile.
Weird but pleasant.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy, chamomile is pronounced...you really have to like it. No kolsch character - it’s underhopped for the style anyway - but I didn’t think there would be.
