This big brew was dry hopped with Centennial, Simcoe, & Chinook lending a fruity wallop while the Belgian yeast gives it a sweet balance.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is mild phenolic ad toasted malt. Estery, mild fruity. Medium dry. Light herbal. Dry and estery finish. Phenolic far finish.

Sweet, has that sticky phenolic, alcoholic taste, and a bit of bitterness. Stays phenolic but nothing too cloying. Didn’t know it was dry-hopped.
