"Otway Organic Pilsner". I assume this is the same beer as Organic Pilsner, just with a slightly different name. Tan. Bubbly head. Has a clean but sticky pale malts, touch of hops. Decent brew, basic pils. Had on tap at Great Ocean Road Brewhouse.

Having loved the PM Ale and not liked the PM Stout, I figured this one was going to colour my opinion of the brewery overall. Frankly, I struggled to get much out of it at all in terms of flavour. It is a fairly watery, low-carbonated beer with not much of a head and leaves only the slightest, somewhat bitter, taste at the end.

Pours pale amber with a rapidly fading suddy head.Nose shows lemon and very faint floral notes with some weak sweet malt hiding underneath. Very faint.Flavours redeem the beer, plenty of nutty malt with faint floral hops creating a little refreshment.Very watery, very low carbonation.
