Draught@CPH BF 2013. Pitch black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some nutty notes as well as some dark fruits to go along with it. Flavour is liquorice, honey, booze, some ripe fruits and quite big bitterness as well.

Draft @ DØE Ølfestival 2013. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty licorice and chocolate aroma. Roasted malty licorice and chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty licorice and chocolate finish.

DØE. Black with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and a little liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, medium sweet, oak, liquorice, hop and medium bitter.

DØE. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and coffee. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and roasted rather bitter finish. Smooth and oily. 250513

Sampled from tap at Stronzo’s exhibition stand, ØK 13. Close to black coloured body. Bubbly, tan-coloured head. Prominent aroma of dark malts, honey and dried fruits. Flavoured with dark chocolate, cold coffee and honey sweetness. Roasted bittersweet finish, long tail. Full bodied and a pleasure to drink (Copenhagen 25.05.2013).

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small tan to brown head. Aroma is roasted malty, toffee and light chocolate. Caramelish and toasted. Breadish and sweet caramelish malty.
