Cask at Big Rock Urban Brewery, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color. Served at a reasonable temperature and carbonation, it seems that the underlying Weizen has enough character, a bit bready, with a food spicy level, moderate sweetness, not too dry; and the mint is evident but not too oppressive.
First time I taste a mint-weizen; won’t be a favorite of mine, but it turned out to be palatable.
