Amber, thin head. Has a slight plasticy phenol character, some dry spicy notes, a touch of woody hop bitterness. There’s a dash of alcohol kicking in late.

Tap at the brewery - served in a pint glass (why do you keep doing this to me, guys?) - turbid light orange - quite hoppy and citric for the style - though it supposedly is not 24 ibu, it tastes much more bitter than that - soft malt base and some dusty and peppery yeast - some toasty, bready malt - a little brash and rough in the mouth - acidity a bit high - rough overall, but not completely without merit.
