25/1/2019. From bag in box at the 10th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of apples and farmyard. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Dry, semi tart finish.

Cask at sraf 2015. Pours clear amber, nose is fruity apple, taste is apple, funky, something odd.

Poly pin at SRAF 2015... Copper... Thin white lacing... Soft tart.. Light sulphur apple nose... Soft dry yart.. Light acidic apple

On cask at Buxton, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is medium sweet, with red apples and a nice dryness in there. Flavour is well-balanced, with low-to-medium sweetness and a subtle funky quality to it all. Very easy to drink and refreshing. Very good.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Clear copper. Dry and fairly strong tasting although there’s plenty of English apple to taste which lingers in the palate.

Polycask @ NWAF 2013, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtualy none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, apple syrup - concentrated apple syrup. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, dry, apple, concentrated apple syrup, quit apple icecider alike ;O). Body is medium, carbonation is flat.
