Just like the name implies, the hop bitterness of our Stinger DIPA stings your taste buds. We created this beer for the hop head in all of us. This beer explodes with hop bitterness and is highlighted by a subtle malt backbone. Be careful because this beer will sting your palette again and again. It’s always Stinger season here in South Florida.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a nice orange color with a medium white head. Aroma was nice pine resin, some light tropical notes. Flavor was nice pine resin notes. I don’t have my photos in front of me, but I thought the ABV was higher than 9%... it’s still well hidden, reminding me more of something around 7%, with perhaps a bit of a resin bite.

Light tan, bit hazy, lots of earthiness, the malts are very sweet, just a few hints of hop. Ok dipa, but lacks brightness.

on tap-white-gold/orange. A-hop bitter, slight sweet lt malt. T-hops with some bite, lt malt-bready.
