Light gold. Big mead aroma, lots of florals on the palate, earthy and woody. Great complexity of honey character, sweet w light woody, alcohol finish.

Measured Final Gravity: 1040
Blond color, with a dull hue. Strong aroma of polyfloral honey, with a soapy impression. Quite sweet mouthfeel; honey flavor, a bit of yeasty dough; it has a moderate acidity.
Very basic.
