A raspberry rum barrel wheat. Hazy tan. A bit lively, the fruit is big on the nose, but hardly on the palate. A bit thin, malts drop out.

Froma 330ml bottle (a bit of a gusher). Pours a clody dark golden with a huge foaming head which disappears quickly. Has a strong tart raspberry aroma, with some boozy notes. This follows though in the flavour, with masses of raspberry, tart citrus, and warming rummy finish. The body is medium, and the carbonation (as seems to be the HopDog way) is too high. Quite interesting (as is also the HopDog way) but a little odd. Still, I love that these guys are clearly intent on putting out unusual brews and enjoy pushing the envelope.

Pours ruby-tinged amber with a very large head.Nose shows dominant raspberry with some soft doughy wheat. Mainly just raspberry though.Flavours of rum, booze, coconut, raspberry. A bit brash and disjointed. Too much hot booze.Much too much carbonation.
