Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Amber with a loose cream head; malty aroma with some honey in the background; immediate taste of grassy hops with some light malts and honey sweetness; than a lingering honey biscuit finish with nettles adding some freshness. A well balnced summer beer.

Cask/GD at the 14th Egham Beer Festival at the EUSC, 28/03/13. Lightly hazed golden amber with a medium sized bubbly white head. Nose is malts, touch of honey, light orchard fruits. Taste comprises caramel, sugars, fruits, light honey. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, sweetish in the finish. Ok but overly sweet for my liking.

Cask poured into a nice, little half pint mug at Cask Pub & Kitchen. Hazy, gold-copper coloured body. Disappearing white head. Solid lacework. Sweet aroma of malt and fruity hops. Flavoured with the sweetness of dark honey, and a bit of vanilla, as well, and offset by mild bitterness towards the finish. Well bodied. Likable (London, 30.07.2011).
