"Pure Brewed Draught". Light amber colour. Aroma is caramel and mushroom. Light caramel taste - somewhere between Waikato and Tui, which is a poor showing for a microbrewery.

(On tap) Clear, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Lightly sweet malt aroma with a vague whiff of caramel. Medium body with light malt accents and a dry finish with a whiff of honey. 020208
