Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Amber and a little bit of haze. The aroma is big with floral and slightly grapefruity hops. Rich - maybe too much so - with massive bitterness and massive sweetness. Thick, syrupy, minty with rich caramels. Lightly orangey fruitiness. Not as drinkable as their regular DIPA, more like a Hog Heaven-style barley wine instead.
