Bottled@wPBFIII (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some slight earth and grains to it. Flavour is fruity, grainy, caramelly, mildly liquorice as well as some nutty notes. Still this is rather messy to the character.

Bottle 330ml (WPBF)
Clear amber color, big white head. Salty licorice in the nose. Medium-bodied. Medicinal, salty licorice flavor. Tartish and harsh. Weird and like drinking cough syrup.

33 cl bottle @ wPBF’14, BBE
Aroma has grapefruit, roastiness and some coffee. Very foamy palate. Flavour is interesting; it reminds me of some licorice candy from decades ago. Also some ashy tones. Quite weird but good, I love the licorice here.

Flaska från SB. Mörkt kopparfärgad vätska med vitgult skum. Tråkig doft av kemiska rengöringsämnen. Samma unkna, syrliga, kemsmak. Nä fy vad dåligt bryggeri.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 3 Oct 2013) Dark amber colour with brief frothy beige head. Malty, hoppy nose with caramel, rye bread and orange peel. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, caramel, a slight acidity and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with balanced sweetness. There’s a slight acidity that raises some questions, can’t help thinking the generous bitterness hides some imperfections. Questionable, but drinkable. Would retry.
