Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy tan. Has a spicy, corianderish aroma but is fairly unrefined. Light body, with a spicy accent. Doesn’t come together especially well, but it’s perfectly drinkable.

Re-rate 5/19/11: Bottle sample at a blind Hefeweizens tasting. Hazy orange with a white frothy head. Spicy aroma of yeast, wheat, fruits (some citrus) and lactic notes. Sweetish flavor, slightly spicy, with yeast and a slightly drier finish. Light-medium-bodied. My 11th place of the tasting. 5/3/5/3/10=2.6
Draught sample at the 1st Israeli Beer Exhibition in Tel Aviv. Hazy yellow golden with a white head. Sweet fruity wheat aroma with lots of bubblegum. Sweet wheaty flavor with yeast, light graininess, some fruits, light spiciness, an acidic touch and a slightly drier finish. Light to medium body. Not a great Hefeweizen. 6/3/5/3/10=2.7
