This one is a "Brewer’s Choice", not the same as the dark mild that is considered to be a regular beer at Boxing Cat. Hazy amber-brown. Thin head. The aroma has light caramel, maybe some nuts and this contributes a little earthiness. Good body. Toasty, caramelly...full of life, with a quenching acidity late. Refreshing, with good malt complexity.
