Hopfen. Golden-straw with a thick head. Very bready aroma with strong herbal hop notes. Deep hoppy character with rich pale malts. Full body. Rounded, balanced character. Very nice example.

Schiessl is a former Amberg brewery. After their closure Winkler started to brew their beers according to the original Schiessl recipe. bottle, bought at the brewery. Looks lovely, large creamy head, very hoppy noce. Intensive hop flavours, bitter, slightly malty. Very full-bodied with dry finish. Very nice indeed.
