Sample from tap, CBF 2014. Cloudy, golden colour with a big, lasting, off-white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, bretts, hay, citrus and caramel malts. Taste is light sweet. Medium bdy with a lively carbonation. Finishes dry and yeasty with fruits, bretts and a leather-like note. Very nice - a good amount of bretts.

330 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a big, dense off-white head. Nice aroma with citric fruit, hay, pineapple and light funk. Flavor is refreshing, light malty, fruity with citric and pineapple and dry grass. Moderate bitterness. Balanced body and pleasant aftertaste. Not that much a sour ale, more like a nice pale ale with some Brett and rest-sugar left. Feels both dry and sweet. Nice.

At a tasting, thanks DSG, small stable bubbly head, hazy light orange colour, aroma of cider, mustard and and sweat, flavour of fruit and apple with some sweat, light understaetd sweetness, medium bitterness and a light sourness. Nice and enjoyable.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Pundarquartis for this bottle! Hazy golden. Pleasant fruity bretty aroma with some manure, sweat and citric notes. Flavor has a bit of fruity sweetness, mild sourness, kinda citric, pleasant funk and a finish with some bitterness, Medium-bodied. Very nice and refreshing.

Bottle. An unclear, orange-golden colored beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. The aroma is rather funky, leather, pineapple, horseblanket, generic fruityness and a faint spiced note. The flavor has a peppery touch in the far back, a nice bitterness and the same funky leather, horseblanket and pineapple found in the aroma. Pleasant carbonation level, medium to full body, quite dry. Peppery, pineapple finish. Pleasant, tasteful and easy drinkable. 140418

(Keg at Kaunis Kampela, 20140402) The beer poured golden and almost clear. Its head was medium sized, dense, white and it lasted long. Aroma had spices, berries, fruitiness and mildly malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, fruitiness, berries, mild sourness, tartness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, tart and bitter. Aroma was pleasant and the aftertaste, too but the taste was too sweet.
