Draft at Solana Beach. A hazy golden beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with grassy notes of hops. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of grass as well as notes of malt, leading to a dry and very bitter finish.

From tap at Solana Beach. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Mild hoppy and fruity aroma. Flavour is sweet and grapefruity. Sweet fruity finish. Nice and good balanced.

Light amber with a slight haze. Hoppy nose (citrus, pear). Light with hints of caramel and a gentle fruitiness. Smooth. Dry finish.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear golden-orange color with a wispy off-white head that dissipates quickly. Thin spotty rings of lacing. Mild hops and bready malt in the nose. Light-bodied and clean with equal parts hops and malt flavor plus a touch of spice and wheat. The finish is mild with a lingering hops aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
