Draught at Bottleworks, Seattle
Blond color with compact head. The aroma has a very light grass and hay presence. Dry mouthfeel, the malt flavor has a cereal and hay accent, correct bitterness, with light grass touch.
Pleasant Pilsner, well brewed.

From tap at Taphouse Grill. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild cornish and vague butterish. Mild toasted malty, grassy and vague butterish flavoured. Bitter and dry, crisp grassy finish.

Slightly hazy straw colour. Bready, slightly grainy malts, with heavy resiny, mossy, herbaceous German hops. Saaz...maybe old Saaz or something. Bitter and Teutonic with a heavy bready note as in the Bavarian tradition. Burly and raw for the style but I like sort of charm in a lager.
