Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear dark black colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off- white - beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, vanilla, resin - phenol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, phenol, resin, vanilla, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130524]

Draft. A brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of vanilla, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, vanilla, and caramel, leading to a dry finish.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Black colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, some vanilla and a bit roasted notes as well. Flavour is vanilla, mild roasted malts, more vanilla, some wood, dark fruits, mild berries and finally even some more vanilla. Balanced. And lovely, if you like vanilla.

Sample @ DØE. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are vanilla, roast malt, coffee, chocolate and hops.

Draught, 8.3%. Strange vanilla aroma. Black colour. Very small tan head. The flavour is sweet with a lot of paint thinner. Late vanilla note. Would have been OK without the thinner.
