Light brown colour. Lightish aroma is toasty, nutty. The body is a bit thin, as are the malt flavours. Case in point - instead of a rich nuttiness it’s mostly just toasty. It lacks the residual sugars to round out the flavours and fill up the body. There’s maybe a bit of wood and caramel in there, too, but it’s pretty one-dimensional. BC beer #600
