Pale green-yellow. Sparkling. Clean, bright, slightly sugary apple aroma with a hint of wood. Sweetish front, semi-dry finish. Bright dessert apple character. Slight mapley back note. Not terribly complex but it is tasty enough, and reasonably refreshing.
