Straw colour. Low carbonation. Whisp of head. Aroma is a mix of mango, pineapple and chemicals. Flavour is similar, but the fruit elements are stronger. Finish is sweet, slightly wet. Even in Yangshuo, this beer is almost impossible to find. One restaurant on West Street uses it to make beer fish and that is the only reason they had any. The bottles were not even refrigerated and I had to ask them to put on in the fridge for me and I came back the next day to taste it. I tried to find the brewery but was unsuccessful, despite having the address and knowing where the street was. If I didn’t drink it myself, I wouldn’t believe it.
