Dark copper colour. Thick rocky head. Toasty, foresty nose. Complex beyond belief. I can hardly comprehend how amazing this smells - soft, slightly minerally, toffeeish and hoppy all at once. Caramel and fruit come together beautifully on the palate, sweet & smooth with no hint of either alcohol or cloyinge excess sugar. Smooth as silk, and a fine example of the brewer’s craft.
