Pours dark ruby red with very little head that dissipates quickly. It smells like green olives. Flavor is sweet and malty. It is fruity and vinous, but not very good. Some weird flavors going on. Medium body with lively carbonation.

Chestnut colour; funky, toasted notes; different flavours here - must be the black rice - like some wild multigrain bread (you know, ones with spelt and flax seed and stuff like that it them). All in all, it scores for originality, has a decent character, but is still thin and once the curiosity factor wears off, not hugely tasty.
