This is a dark beer with nose of light roasted grains, mild chocolate and toffee. Mouthfeel is mild with undertones of coffee. This is not a heavy beer at all, it drinks smooth and easy. Try one and you will see why it is a staple here at Blackbird.

This porter poured a deep dark black colour with a creamy tan coloured head. Medium lacing. Scents include roasted malts, burnt toast and sweet smoke. First swig was a little thin, all good flavours, just need to step them up a bit. Flavours of coffee, medium toast and molasses. Finish is lightly bitter with smokey malts lingering.
