This DIPA poured a hazy deep amber colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include citrus and lots of it. A little malt, spice and a little cooked veggies. First swig was quite hoppy. Almost acidic. Flavours of citrus, grass hops with a little honey. Finish is really bitter with orange rind flavours lingering. Why breweries make beer this bitter/hoppy I’ll never know.
