Pours hazy gold with an off-white head. Taste is apple, Belgian yeast, funk, oak, nice.

On tap at the source. Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is grassy, zesty, with some solid peppery notes. Hints of earthy grasses, light nuttiness, and some wood. Mouth feel is lively, carb is the same. Finish is grassy, floral, medium bitter. nice stuff.

This saison poured a golden amber colour with a minimal head. Minimal lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, apple cider and alcohol. First swig had low carbonation and was a little watery with flavours of tea, citrus and fruit juice. Finish is lightly hoppy with citrus tea lingering. Not bad for a gluten free.
