Things are slowly starting to come back to normal, and with it so are our brew plans. Before we know it, we'll be hitting up the pubs again, sharing good times with pals. We wanted to create a beer for one of our first split batches since before the pandemic that celebrates everything we love about modern day brewing; and Back to You is the result. A classic Polly's hazebomb, sitting at a not-too-scary 6.2%, we've gone for a hop bill of Citra to represent our love of the old school, with pithy citrus notes aplenty, Sabro flying the flag for present-day varietals, with a souped-up pina colada of tropical, coconut notes, before rounding off with the future in Talus - a hop varietal we've only recently come across, but one which is rapidly becoming an in-house favourite here at HQ. With everything wrapped up in a warm hug of our signature LA3 yeast profile, this beer is designed specifically for sharing with mates.
