Full bod, med-light carbo. High sweetness, borderline cloying. Med bitterness, med warmth, subtle, soft alco edge. Lots of chocolate, mix milk and dark, light coffee. Surprisingly barely any cinnamon, does not roll very hard. GBNG, a bit simple overall.

24 10 2025 Aromat bardzo słaby trochę zatęchły ciemny słód. trochę jakiś plastik, cynamon Nagazowanie małe, ciało spore, lepkie, alkohol w sumie niewyczuwalny, finisz palono czekoladowy. Piana jasno brązowa czarne nieprzejrzyste Smak słodki czekolada cynamon delikatny w tle goryczka nawet średnia taka palona czekoladowa, trochę kukułka. Ogólnie piwo dobre stout bardziej słodki niż wytrawny, ale obiecuje więcej niż daje w rzeczywistości,

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 30A: cinnamon / 20C). Can 50 cl - Batch 24.10.2025 15299 (BB: 24.10.2025) AROMA: medium-low chocolate malt and cinammon aroma with a sweet character. slight alcoholic note, peppery and faintly lacqer. APPEARANCE: very dark brown and opaque. Medium-low light brown head medium-low retention. lace formation TASTE: initial medium-low cinammon, followed by malty notes with sweet chocolate character. low bitterness from hops. finishes sweet with a slight roasted finish. MOUTHFEEL: full body with slight velvety texture. medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a pastry imperial stout with cinnamon with an interesting balance.

W aromacie cynamon, czekolada, melassa, karmel, ciastko czekoladowe, trochę palonosci. W smaku czekolada, karmel, melassa, cynamon, ciastka. Slodkie, gladkie. Az jestem w szoku ze nie dodano laktozy. Goryczki brak. Nawet fajne ale z papci nie wyrzuca.
