When we sat around and drank Moo Cow IPA we said "this would probably taste good with more of everything," so that's exactly what we did. Due to the larger addition of milk sugar this DIPA lands on the sweeter end, so we also doubled the dry hop rate to balance it out.
It's a tropical milky dream with notes of lime, passionfruit, tangerine, and a bold resinous finish.

Opaque. Looks thick. Thin head. Lightly fruity hop nose. Sweetish, hop burn, so I'm not nuts about it. Amplifies the lesser characteristics of normal Flux IPAs.

On tap at brewery. Pours opaque yellow with a white head. Orange citrus, mango, lactose, and hop burn on the nose. Flavour has citrus pith, bitter stonefruit pit, chalk, and hop burn. Very mediocre DIPA.

Poured from the tap @ Superflux. Opaque pale yellow with small white head. Juicy tropical hops, lots of lactose, typical flux hop burn. Better than regular Cow, but still average.

16oz (thx, Alex!) @ 🏡 Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: juicy, lots of tropical fruits, smooth (lacto effect?). Taste: very smooth, lots of tropical fruits, se noticeable bitterness, a lot of melon notes, some watermelon. Finishes with kind of bitter watermelon notes. Overall: interesting one.

Can from the brewery
Milky pale yellow colour, the head doesn't last long. Aroma of tropical fruits, some pineapple, some alcohol. Not ultrasweet, but some sweetness is there, although the body seems weaker that expected; the chalk is strong, more than some sweetness can ever hide; sharp hop burn, this one as well can't be covered by some lactose; the finish is bitter (hop burn), hot (alcohol), and without the body of the better Hazy DIPAs (the lactose, I assume). Other good qualities from the hops, such as juiciness, are lost in this chalk soup.
