All of the raw materials of this beer are grown and processed in our local bio region, the Salish Sea basin, and we love how this great-tasting lager both supports the community economy and lessens emissions while also maintaining the resilience of our local food chain.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
Had this at Dark Fields and somehow forgot to enter it. Pale and slight haze, thin head. Lots of pale malt on the nose and a bit of herbaceous hop. Mild bitterness, medium sweetness. Malts slightly sticky but not a lot…not a bad malt character at all.

175mL pour at the brewery. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Biscuit malts on the nose. Flavour has soggy biscuit malts and boiled vegetables. Decent bite. Not their best.
