West Coast DIPA double dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Centennial, and Chinook
AROMA & FLAVOR: mandarin orange, grapefruit peel, and pine
MOUTHFEEL: dry and resinous
RAD DETAILS: Inspired by Pliny the Elder, but we swapped Citra for Columbus among a few other minor tweaks. That original recipe was tweaked over the last 13 years into our Socks and Sandals, so this beer deconstructs Socks back to that Pliny-ish clone that it once was. Citrus, pine, a touch of mint and crushable AF.

Tap. Pours lightly hazy golden, small off white head, nice lacing. Aroma is super light, melon, orange. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body. Not great
