Rated at Badassriver Beer Lodge Platinum Edition. Sweet, roasty and heavy with some bourbon, vanilla, hints of honey and syrup. Quite sweet but roasty

Tap at SARA Water Street for the reopening. Pours opaque black, small beige head, decent lacing. Aroma is cocoa, deep roasted malt, vanilla, hint of marshmallows, bourbon, oak. Flavor is pretty sweet, light bitter. Really well integrated. Reminds me of DB parabola, but less hot. Medium body, low carbonation. 4,9,10,4,18
