Back in the summer of 2020, we received a beautiful harvest of Santa Rosa plums from Frog Hollow Farm. These sweet, tender, and juicy plums were paired with a blend of three year old spontaneously fermented beer & young, foeder aged saison, then allowed to macerate and referment for four months. The resulting beer presents a rich experience to the senses: bright shades of crimson envelop notes of lush, juicy plum, candied strawberry, and noyaux, with a soft, creamy acidity.
