This is the organic blonde brewed by the Brasseurs Savoyards, elaborated using the same principles as a classic Lager and in the spirit of a German Style Pilsner, with a pale yellow opalescent veneer. Perfectly hopped using European hops, Saaz and Premiant, which give it malted cereal and fresh bread aromas with a marked bitterness, it is one of the iconic beers in the BS range brewed by the Brasseurs Savoyards.

Malts: Pilsen, Munich, Blé

750ml bottle. Minimally milky, orange, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally grainy and spicy, pale malty and slightly grassy, minimally herbal, hoppy aroma, a touch of thistle. Taste is slightly grainy, minimally spicy, pale malty, mildly bitter, herbal-grassy hoppy, some nettle, a mineral touch, minimally doughy, yeasty overtones.
Minimally slimy, watery texture, smooth and minimally dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Nice herbal aspects, a tad too grainy, fairly drinkable - OK.
