A spin on the Daiquiri Island series, Colada Island was born from a desire to teleport to the islands. This Imperial Sour Ale directly mimics a Piña Colada with both toasted & shaved coconut and heaps of pineapple, but further conditioned on fresh strawberry. Won’t exactly give you that red swirl in the glass but the entire composition is about as close as you can get in “beer” form.

Can. Reddish-amber beer with a cream head. Berry and pineapple aroma with tartness. Berry and coconut flavor with pineapple and a light sourness. Medium bodied. Berry and coconut linger with pineapple and light sourness.

Can. Pours cloudy pinkish orange with a fizzy head. Aroma is pineapple and coconut, hints of lemon. Some sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body. Gimmick in a can.
