Panda at home, thanks to Kenny, 28/01/2025.
Deep chestnut brown topped with a light beige cap that thins to spotting.
Nose is brown bread, biscuit, caramel, dusty hops, raisins, grass.
Taste comprises toasted grains, citric tinged straw, caramel wafer, brown bread.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced earthy come grassy hop bitterness.
Not bad.

Can. Near clear deep amber beer, 2 inches of bubbly pale tan head! Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy creamy malts, a modest dark character presents via a touch of sweet dark chocolate. Belma hops deliver light cooling pine into slightly ripe but juicy berries, especially strawberries and raspberries. Airy finish. A slightly sweet dark lager but with intriguing and complimentary flavours. An enchanting brew.
