Crisp, unfiltered lager. Easy drinking with more flavour than many. Great beach beer. Golden pour with great head and lacing. Crisp finish. Bottle.

Draft. Pours yellow white head. Nose/taste of lemon, light bread, peppercorn and pine. Clean. Lighter medium body.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a light, pale yellow color, with a small off-white head. Aroma was light, sweet crisp lager notes, perhaps a bit more sweet than I’m used to for Kolsch, without the very crisp bite that they often have. A bit more hop forward than expected. Alright, I’d say it’d a decent transition beer.

Light light unclear light medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, pale malt, vitamin pills, minerals, sewer - drain notes. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, fruity, dry, light fruity tart, light salty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. IMO more a gose than a kolsch :D [20131111]

Hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, light sourness, grass. Flavor is malt, little sourness, grassy, light citrus. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. 111113

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Cloudy yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Some citrus notes. Average light bitter slightly acetic flavor. Average finish. Oily palate.
