One part Italian heirloom barley, one part Swiss lager yeast, one damn fine oat soda. This is what happens, Larry! This is what happens when you find a stranger in the Alps!

16oz can I bought to-go at Boston Public Market. No glass, straight from the can. Nose is fine, malt and some soap and a little estery. Flavor is a bit trashy, some herbs and malt and paper, candle. Finish is high carb, peppery, bitter.

Draft at a dive bar killing time. Clear light gold pour. Nose is bread and grass. Tastes crackery, some grass, and floral hint. Crisp

Pours pale yellow into a shaker. Soapy white head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Wet straw, citrus and sourdough aromas. Crisp with sour apple, cracker and sourdough upfront turning to mild, bitter earth in the medium length finish.
