This Belgian-Style IPA is brewed with a Belgian Ale yeast that Imparts a slight peppery flavor. The Pilsner malt is enhanced by Belgian Candi Syrup, elevating the ABV and adding a touch of sweetness. The combination of Old and New World hops in the kettle and dry hop; Saaz, Citra and Amarillo give an orange and grapefruit finish.

Brewery draught, 12/5/25.
Mostly clear, bright goldenrod with a small, but firm, white head.
Fruity with leafy, earthy, peppery hops that are similarly bright like the Clockwork Mandarina. Yeast is very tasteful, better than Chouffe Dobbelen, with less crude ester/phenol. Just some fruitiness, lighter white pepper and a bit of stone fruit. Biscuity malts gently balance.
Fruity, medium-bodied with excellent malt depth and attenuation. Herbal, grassy and floral hops aren't my favorite, but there's significantly lower crude yeast character than most Belgian beers of this style. Nice snappy, malty, fruity finish.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. White soapy head with good retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Sweet earthy yeast and citrus aromas. Medium bodied with sweet candi and tangerine upfront turning to hot caramel and yeast before the lasting bitter pith finish.
