Sway our (Pre-Prohibition) American Lager is made with local barley and maize. It’s remarkably clean, pale and bright but with that all-important kiss of corn sweetness. Sway also sports a subtle little dry hop of CT-grown Cascade and Chinook from Smokedown Farm.

Level99 draught, 7/29/25.
Clear and bright with a copper-tinted brass. Small, white head.
Not intensely aromatic, though I'm desperately trying to warm it, as it's ice cold. Bread and various rustic grain with snappy hops and yeast. Light mineral. Dusty and gently herbal.
Fruity and herbal with sweet corn and low bitterness. Dr, well-malted, crisp and refreshing. Clean and with a berry-like hoppiness that is interesting if somewhat odd. Hope this isn't just a case of a line not cleaned following a fruit beer...

Pours pale yellow into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to coat surface. Grapefruit and hay aromas. Crisp with earthy sweet hay and straw upfront turning to mild lemon pith in the medium length finish.
