4 cans at home watching sports and preparing for interviews so needed light brew. Fine darker gold and frothy head. Nose is hay and faint citrus. Tastes of dough, crackers, Maybe kiss of lime, vanilla bean and honey. All in subdued kolsch way. Crisp. Great version of style.

Pours clear gold into a stein. Bright white soapy head with medium retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Bread and hay aromas. Crisp and dry with hay and lightly toasted sourdough upfront turning to earthy hops in the lasting finish.
